Commercial & Contract Administration for Heat Network Projects – HNA have a detailed understanding and practical experience in Commercial & Contract Administration support on heat network projects.

We have supported, drafted, negotiated and governed a broad range of contract and procurement solutions across the Private and Public Sectors, including; Construction Agreements, Joint Co-operation Agreement’s, Energy Supply Agreements, Building Connection and Power Purchase Agreements.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) -HNA have a detailed understanding and practical experience of Programme Managing delivery of Heat Network Projects.

Heat Network Quality Systems

HNA have a detailed understanding and practical experience of Quality Assurance processes on Heat Network Projects.

Heat Network Associates have established a Quality Management System which is specific to District Energy and aligns in particular to NEC4 but can also be applied to wide range of Project Management approaches

Craig Grobety, Director, sits on the CP1.2 steering group and has experience in building market leading quality assurance systems associated with DHN; Design, CDM/PCIP, Construction (civil, mechanical and electrical) and operation.
