In house design teams engage at early project design stage and utilise industry leading software to produce CAD and BIM models, including visual walkthroughs and fabrication drawings of all MEP Prefabricated solutions, providing clients with full conceptual drawings from the outset.

All prefabrication is completed in our factory-controlled facilities, which have full capability to fabricate all mechanical, electrical, and structural elements, using factory controlled, production line techniques, and high skilled trades. Guaranteeing high quality, consistent outcomes, with all products fully FAT tested and pre-commissioned.

Alongside this our onsite project delivery and civils teams complete rapid, accurate installation, fully commissioning and integrating prefabricated modules to all required site services. Providing the highest quality, consistency, and cost certainty, removing standard variables associated with traditional on-site build methods.
